Of course, we hope that everything will go smoothly during your stay in Rhodes, but it always feels safe to know what to do if something were to happen.
There are two defibrillators on the hotel grounds – one at the hotel reception and one at the water park.
Should you encounter something milder, such as an abrasion or need a plaster, just contact one of the staff from Engdahl&Berg - they are on site and can help you further.
For a cost, a doctor can visit you at the hotel. Talk to the reception if you are in need of this service.
If you need more extensive care, the following options are available near the hotel:
General Hospital of Rhodes (public hospital), approx. 11.5km from the hotel. rhodes-hospital.gr
Euromedica (private clinic), approx. 8.4km from the hotel. euromedica-rhodes.gr
Don’t forget to bring your blue EU health insurance card. This gives you access to healthcare and dental care under the same conditions and at the same cost as the country’s own residents.
If anything happens, don’t hesitate to let us know!
