Travel Overview – there and back again

October is just a few months away and we would like to take the opportunity to give you a brief overview of the travel arrangements for Sigma Technology Summit 2025. The complete travel information will be published on this website when we get closer to the event. You will also get your travel itinerary via email in you personal travel confirmation.
Chartered flights
To make the trip as convenient as possible, you will fly to Diagoras airpot (RHO) in Rhodes with chartered airplanes. They will depart sometime in the morning from:
Malmö,
Gothenburg,
Stockholm.
The flight will take between 3,5 and 4 hours depending on departure city.
Transfer to the airports in Sweden
Just as in previous years, some of you will travel to your airport by chartered buses, some by ride sharing and some on your own. This is due, for example, to:
Which office you belong to.
Where you live.
Which flight you are assigned to.
The distance to the airport that you are traveling from.
Hotel in Sweden ahead of departure
Due to distance and flight connections, some of you might start your journey one day earlier. In these cases you will find this information in your personal travel confirmation (sent via email) and on this website.
Transfer in Greece
When we arrive to Diagoras airport (RHO) in Rhodes we will have a 30 min bus transfer to the hotel.

As we get closer to the event, detailed information will be published on the this website. This will be the source of the most current and accurate information regarding your travel. So make sure to come back from time to time – especially in the weeks leading up to, and during, the trip.
Here you will find information regarding:
Transfer, such as charted buses or ride sharing.
Pick-up times and meeting points.
Flights.
If you need a hotel the night before your flight.
You will also get an email with your personal travel itinerary a few weeks before departure.
In case of unforeseeable events
Last year we had to reschedule some of our flights due to an unforeseeable NATO exercise. If something similar were to happen this year we will inform you with great clarity on the home page of this website. You will not be able to miss it. Check back from time to time, and even more often the days leading up to the event, to give yourself and your colleagues certainty and peace of mind.
