What is included in the all-inclusive package?
This year we are offering an extra comfortable all-inclusive experience. This means that all meals and beverages at the hotel are included. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served as well-stocked buffets in the main restaurant. Here you choose what you like based on your preference and special diet needs. A small selection of snacks is also included and can be picked up at the beach bar which can be found below the pool area.
Kindly note that the a la carte restaurants at the hotel is not included in the all-inclusive package.

Do I need to wear the Summit 2025 wristband at all times?
That is correct. The wristband allows you to enjoy the all-inclusive experience. Please wear the wristband at all times during Summit 25 and be ready to show it to any hotel staff that asks to see it. You will receive the wristband at check-in.
How is my need for special diet taken care of?
At registration of your personal details
During the second step of the registration process we will ask you for your special diet needs. Here you can select between a list of pre-written options or define your own specific needs.
At the hotel main restaurant
Here you will be served a buffet with options based on the needs of our guests. Don't hesitate to ask any of the restaurant staff or event staff if you can not find a suitable option for you.
During the themed dinner on day three
When you arrive to Sigma Technology Summit 2025 you will recieve a welcome card. The special diet needs you supplied during the registration process will be printed on a coupon in the card. Bring the coupon to the dinner and place it on your plate. This coupon will tell your waiter what food to serve you.
