The optional activities listed below are offered for the afternoon of Friday October 6th. In some cases your specific Sigma company has scheduled a mandatory activity for you. Kindly consider this before registering for an optional activity. Your registration is binding.

One of the most charming cities in Spain

Alicante has something for everyone! Just hop on the bus and plan your visit exactly as You want.

Explore historical monuments, palaces and museums. Discover markets and shops with everything from luxury to local handicrafts. Enjoy the city's restaurants, beaches and lovely atmosphere. Treat yourself to a cozy coffee or a nice meal.

The bus will take you to Alicante in about 40 minutes.

Friday October 6th

Maximum number of participants: 100.

 

Cost per person: 15€ per person.

This includes round-trip bus transfer to Alicante.

Pay by cash or Swish to Engdahl&Berg Event Agency staff at meet-up.

Come along to the Casa Sicilia winery and the old farmhouse belonging to the "Marquieses of la Roma" from year 1707. Get a guided tour and learn about the history of "Casa Sicilia", the vineyard and the production process - from farm to bottle.

 

After the tour we move on to the wine tasting where you will taste three types of wine and hear about the wine process. In addition to this snacks such as olives, chips, breadsticks and an appetizer chosen by their chef are also served.

Friday October 6th

  • 13.45 Meet-up and payment on Plaza Real Villaitana next to the conference entrance.

  • 14.00 - 14.45 Bus transfer to the vineyard.

  • 15.00 - 17.00 Guided tour and wine tasting.

  • 17.00 - 17.45 Bus transfer back to the hotel.

Maximum number of participants: 50.

Cost per person: 25€ per person.

This includes round-trip bus transfer to Alicante, guided tour of the vineyard, snacks and appetizer.

This activity is perfect for those of us who wants to get our hearts pumping, see wonderful views, get a bit of history and, at the same time, hang out with our colleagues.

The hike is along car-free tarmac roads and will take you to a quiet Mediterranean cave, old ochre mines and a 17th century watch tower. The difficulty level is easy and you will climb a total of 150m over the course of the 5,5 km walk. You will get some pulse but can be done by most people.

You are invited to a 2 hour Open Space unconference. We will run three parallel three 30 minute sessions, so nine topics all in all. We decide the topics there and then, and have insightful dialogs around each.

Saturday October 7th at 07.00

Location is at Kidsdom.

Welcome to a soft 30 minutes yoga class with a focus on stretching the body in a calm and pleasant way. Recharge yourself with new, wonderful energy and lay a great foundation for the rest of your day!

You don't need any prior knowledge to join this journey of inner balance and well-being. Instructor Marie from Kvix will guide you with clear step-by-step instructions, so it's easy for everyone to follow along. Bring a towel to use as a yoga mat.

Friday October 6th at 07.00

Location is at Kidsdom.

Join us for a nice start to the day where you will really kick start your body! Together we will do short intervals of 20 seconds of exercise followed by 20 seconds of rest. We will raise the heart rate and focus on making contact in the muscles. Cheer each other on, and let's go all in!

Your instructor, Carola Ranmo, won the award as "PT of the year" in Guldhjärtat 2020. With her exuberant personality she spreads training joy and enthusiasm and you will leave the class with a great feeling in your body, thanking yourself for doing it!
