Outbound Thursday October 5
Early in the morning we will fly to Alicante, Spain from Gothenburg, Copenhagen and Stockholm. Depending on where you live you will either go to the airport with a chartered bus or get there on your own. You find the travel details for your specific office below.
Upon arrival in Alicante, a bus transfer will take us to the hotel, where we leave the luggage in the conference center. At 16.00 it is check-in time and you head over to the reception to get our welcome letter, drink tickets, room key and wristband. Kindly note that your rooms are ready for you at 16.00. And here is the rooming list sorted by first name and the rooming list sorted by room number.
Homebound Sunday October 8
From morning until afternoon buses will bring us back to the airport in Alicante for further flights home. Some of us will arrive to the same airport as we departed from and some to another airport. Depending on your flight you will arrive home between evening and night.
Kindly note that it may take up to 48 hours for changes to your travel arrangements to be updated on this website. More details will be available as we get closer to the event.
