Room allocation - how does it work?
When you register your personal details you will be asked who you would like to share a room with. We will allocate the rooms based on this information. Use the links below to find out who you are sharing your room with.
When will I get the key to my room?
You will get it from 15:00 on Friday October 17.

When is check-out on October 20?
We would like to encourage you to check out at least 30 minutes before your bus leaves for the airport. You can find the departure time of your bus on the travel page or in the main agenda.
What are the opening hours for the Water Park and main pool?
Main pool 10:00 - 18:00 (life guard duty)
Water Park 10:30 - 17:00
Can I reserve a sun bed?
In order to secure sun bed availability for everyone the hotel is removing all unattended personal belongings up untill 10:00.
Where can I get a towel for the pool and beach?
When you check-in you will get a towel card that can be exchanged for a towel once a day from 10:00 next to the pool.
Does Sigma compensate for the environmental impact of the event?
Yes! We compensate through all our suppliers with a common goal to reduce the CO2 impact of the event. Further compensation is also done through Vi – skogen.
