When is Sigma Technology Summit 2025?
On October 17 - 20, 2025. In some rare cases you might need to depart one day earlier. You will get notified if that is the case for you.
Who is paying for the trip?
Sigma Technology pays for flight travel, accommodation and breakfast for three days, two lunches and two dinners. Your contribution is the time required. With a bit of planning we hope it will be possible for all employees to put in the hours needed prior to the trip, in order to use them during the seminar.
Who, and how many, are invited to join the conference?
Sigma Technology Summit 2025 is open to all employees at Sigma Technology companies in Sweden. The number of reserved flight seats are 570, which means prioritization. A reserve list will be necessary should the number of participants exceed this number. First come, first serve!
What is the cancellation policy for the conference?
This registration is binding and cancellation will incur a cancellation fee according to the table below. Cancellation due to illness, accident or similar is free of charge, providing a medical statement can be shown.
As the focus of the seminar is long term development for personell and organisation alike, employees who have signed up for the seminar but decide to end their employment shortly before or after the seminar will be cancelled from the seminar and also be requested to cover the cost of the seminar according to following (days before departure):
More than 45 days: 2 000 SEK.
45-30 days: 6 500 SEK.
30-15 days: 10 000 SEK.
15-0 days: 20 000 SEK.
How do I register?
Step 1 - Confirm your participation.
On Friday May 23 at 10am we open the registration. You will find links and buttons on the home page of this website that will take you to SKIES for registration. After you have registered there you have completed step 1 in the registration process.
Step 2 - Register your personal details.
On June 13 we will contact you to register your personal detail in the event management system. For example special diet, city of residence and passport number. This information is mandatory and crucial for us to give you the best experience possible. When you have submitted this information your registration is complete.
Step 3 - Receive personal travel confirmation.
We will send you a personal travel confirmation with all relevant information regarding your trip. Here you will find information specific to you. For example how you will travel to the airport, what airport you are flying from, flight times, your registered special diet and more.
