Room allocation - how does it work?
When you register your personal details you will be asked who you would like to share a room with. We will allocate the rooms based on this information. When we get closer to the event we will publish who you will be sharing your room with.
When will I get the key to my room?
You can expect to receive during afternoon of September 25th around 16.00. We will keep you informed.
When is check-out on September 28?
We would like to encourage you to check out at least 30 minutes before your bus leaves for the airport. When checking out, simply leave your room key card in one of the bowls at reception.
Does Sigma compensate for the environmental impact of the event?
Yes! We compensate through all our suppliers with a common goal to reduce the CO2 impact of the event. Further compensation is also done through Vi – skogen.
Do I need to wear the Summit 2026 wristband at all times?
To make things easier for all staff, we would appreciate it if you wear your wristbands throughout your stay. This helps us easily identify that you are part of the Sigma-group. So please wear the wristband at all times during Sigma Technology Summit 2026 and be ready to show it to any hotel staff that asks to see it. You will receive the wristband at check-in.
Special diet during the themed dinner on day three
When you arrive to Sigma Technology Summit 2026 you will recieve a welcome card. The special diet needs you supplied during the registration process will be printed on a coupon in the card. Bring the coupon to the dinner and place it on your plate. This coupon will tell your waiter what food to serve you.
